Hey Westside KiDS parents,
Welcome to Summer 2021! We are so excited about our KiDS Summer Experience. Sundays in June and July, our KiDS Grade School and KiDS Early Childhood will continue to build on the themes we are learning throughout KiDS Gig FX and Lil' Gig FX. They will experience new lessons that will reinforce the theme of having confidence in God. All summer our kiddos will learn that true confidence comes when they learn to see themselves the way God sees them! Who can trust God? I can trust God. July 4th:
Sunday, July 4th, we will not be having KiDS Services. All kiddos are welcome to join their families in the main service. We will have activity bags available in the lobby.
KiDS and Lil Gig FX:
This Tuesday, June 28th, is our Family Fun Night. This is a night for the whole family to come out and experience the fun of KiDS Gig FX. We will have food, inflatables, games, and best of all.....Mr. Joe in a dunk tank! So that all of our leaders and their families can participate, parents must attend with their kiddos. Come on out and join in on the fun!
5th Grade Parents:
Our 5th-grade KiDS have started their journey of becoming a youth member! During the 9:30 service, our outgoing 5th graders will be sitting in on The Loft Middle School's large group time. You will drop your kiddo off as normal in the Landing. They will be escorted to the Loft by their small group leader to experience the Loft’s large group time. Our 5th graders will then rejoin KiDS in the Landing to finish service where you will pick them up as normal.
Promotion Sunday:
Sunday, July 11th, is Promotion Sunday. We are excited to celebrate your kiddo's growth. Starting July 11th, your kiddos will move up to the upcoming grade level for the fall. Pre-K kiddos that will be attending Kindergarten in the fall will be joining our KiDS Gradeschoolers in the Landing. Our 5th graders that will be attending 6th grade in the fall will be officially moving to our youth program. The Loft Middle School service takes place during the 9:30 service on Sunday Mornings in the Loft.
