Kasey Robinson

Lead Pastor

Kasey has been in full-time ministry since 1999. He's been a part of Westside Family Church since 2008. In 2012, he and his wife, Cassie, with their kids, Judah (2) and Genesis (7 weeks), moved to Port Elizabeth, South Africa to start Westside Family Church in South Africa.

After establishing the South Africa church, Kasey and his family moved back to the states in July 2015 with their South African souvenir, Jett—born in September 2014—to start Westside Family Church in Leavenworth.

Kasey is our Lead Pastor. You will hear him teach on Sundays in a practical, yet compelling way. Cassie is a gifted leader and communicator. She loves grabbing a coffee with others or sitting at home with a good book.

The Robinson boys love playing baseball, while Genesis loves to swim. Whenever the family can, they also love to take their camper to a nearby campground to enjoy the change of pace. They love following Jesus and love being with each other.

Joe Klassen

Care & Next Steps Pastor

Joe and Belinda Klassen and their daughters, Hope, Gabby, and Lily, joined the Westside Leavenworth team in January of 2019. Before that, Joe served at Westside Lenexa in many different roles since 2012. The Klassen family has been a part of the Westside Family of churches since 2002.

Joe has enjoyed serving many different people in many different roles, from group home manager, to key facility volunteer, to Next Steps team associate at Lenexa, and is now serving as the Care and Next Steps Pastor in Leavenworth.

Joe and his family enjoy taking road trips, exploring new restaurants and communities, as well as most anything as a family, except watching movies because Joe doesn't like paying to take a nap at the theater.

Joe's heart for meeting new people and introducing them to Jesus often drives his daily life and he looks forward to meeting more and more people and hearing how Jesus is intersecting their lives even if they don't see it.

If not indulging in sports, you’ll likely find her reading (or more often listening) to a book, traveling, and wanting to visit all the coffee shops.

Patty is continually humbled by the opportunities her profession has given her to meet and serve people in their vulnerable moments and stories. She strives to be a source of encouragement and wisdom as she believes Jesus models beautifully for us.
