WSM and YFCMilitary are joining together and hosting a nighttime event at Westside Leavenworth. Teams will compete to reach the objective and score points for the team by not getting caught or spotted. The game will run from 8-9pm after which will be a fire with hot cocoa and s'mores. All MS and HS students are welcome.

Students should dress in dark clothes and MUST have a flashlight with them.

During all of our services, we will be praying for all of our students and faculty going back to school, AND we will be honoring all those who are faculty at a school.

We are celebrating Jesus Christ’s sacrifice for our salvation with the United As One churches in Leavenworth County. We will have a special Good Friday Service with participating churches.

We will have the joint service at Lansing Middle School.

KiDS and teens are welcome to join their families in this service. This will be a solemn celebration that includes music, prayer, scripture and more.

Our Middle and High Schoolers will combine with the Youth For Christ from Fort Leavenworth combine for a glow in the dark Easter egg hunt - Normandy style!

As you face the uphill battle of finding glow in the dark eggs for your team, you will need to have stealth and agility to avoid being spotted by one of the spotlights. Wear dark clothing or camouflage! Dinner will be provided.

Rides:
For those who need a ride to access post, we will leave the church building at 6:30pm. Students will return at 9:30pm.

There will not be a WSM High School service on March 5, 2024. We will see you next week as High School Services resume at 6:30pm.

We are loving Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and sharing Jesus when we serve one another. How we serve each other is a model to the world of the goodness of our God. We need you to serve and you need to serve within the body of Christ.

Serve as a group leader with Middle Schoolers during the 9:30am Sunday morning service. Or you can serve in our High School service on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm.

First Impressions

Help people feel welcome by serving during a service on Sundays. Or you can help in our hospitality during one of the services.

Worship Arts

Want to join our worship band or serve in our production crew to make Sundays a meaningful experience for all who come—then join our crew.

Safety Team

Are you medically trained or someone who is trained to keep people in our environment safe? Join our safety team.

Admin

We have many ways for people to serve behind the scenes setting up for Sundays, groups, or events.

Impact: Stocking Stuff at Woodland Village

December 17, 3:00pm

Join us in spreading Christmas cheer at Woodland Village by decorating your vehicle trunk/bed. This family friendly event is open for everyone, even if don’t decorate a trunk/bed. We will be filling the vehicle trunks/beds with toys and treats for the KiDS of Woodland Village to fill their stockings.

We will have classes open for our Early Childhood.

We will not have High School service tonight to allow students to spend time with their family for Thanksgiving.

Middle & High Schoolers, invite your friends to join you at our annual Friendsgiving in the Loft. We will be having a baked potato buffet.

What to Bring: Your favorite topping or a dessert to share.

Potatoes, chili, sour cream, and shredded cheese will be provided.

After dinner, we will have board games to enjoy with friends.

This is an opportunity for your whole family to join our Westside Family in throwing a trunk-or-treat for Woodland Village in Leavenworth, KS. 

Register below to decorate your trunk or bed to allow the KiDS at Woodland Village to walk down the line of vehicles and fill their bags with treats and toys. 

You may donate or bring small toys, candies, or any treats to help fill their bags.
